The salary line
A competent US Amazon Account Manager runs $95K base + $30K benefits + $5K tools = $130K loaded. On a $2M GMV business with 25% margins, one hire eats 26% of net profit before they have run a single campaign.
Pre-vetted remote Amazon hires embedded full-time in your team. Account Manager, PPC Analyst, Listing Copywriter, Designer, Data Analyst. Roughly 60% the loaded cost of a US in-house hire. You manage them. If you would rather we ran the pod for you, see the Managed option below.
Best fit: Amazon sellers and brands $500K–$50M GMV who need full-time Amazon ownership without a $130K US payroll line.
The trap most sellers fall into when they try to staff Amazon ops.

PPC, listing copy, A+ design, brand store CRO, account health, analytics — that is five jobs. One generalist can only do three of them well. The other two slip, and your account quietly bleeds.
Marketplace freelancers juggle 6–12 clients and rotate every 4 months. By the time they understand your catalog, they are gone. You restart the ramp every quarter.
Hire one role, two, or the full pod. They report to you, work your hours of overlap, and live inside your Slack — not ours.
Owns Seller Central day-to-day. Catalog hygiene, case management, supply-side coordination, weekly scorecard, P&L visibility. The person your team talks to first about anything Amazon.
Full-time, 40 hrs/week. Dedicated to your account.
Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display. Campaign structure, bid governance, negative-keyword discipline, search-term harvesting, weekly performance review.
Full-time, 40 hrs/week. Dedicated to your account.
Titles, bullets, A+ copy, brand store text. Click-intent and conversion-led, not keyword-stuffed. Works with your brand voice guide.
Full-time or fractional. Most sellers start fractional and scale up.
Main images, infographics, A+ modules, brand store visuals, sponsored creative. Built against your existing brand system.
Full-time or fractional. Pairs well with Listing Copywriter.
Search-term harvesting, ACoS / TACoS tracking, share-of-voice benchmarking, weekly scorecard. Owns the numbers nobody on your team has time to pull.
Full-time or fractional. Often the second hire after the Account Manager.
DAZ has been placing dedicated remote specialists into US and UK companies since 2020. The Amazon vertical applies the same vetting bar to a category-specific talent pool.
From early-stage D2C brands to multi-million-dollar marketplaces.
Full-time remote hires, embedded inside client teams.
Measured at 90 days and renewal points. No surprise churn.
Versus equivalent US in-house hiring, fully loaded.
These figures cover the full DAZ staffing book, not Amazon alone. We do not promise outcomes for any individual placement. Every engagement starts with a fit call so we can tell you honestly whether we have the right person in the pool.
Pricing transparent on this page. Headcount you can scale up or down monthly after the first 90 days. No "contact us for pricing" theatre.
For sellers who already have ad and creative resources but need one owner for Seller Central day-to-day.
The most common shape. The Account Manager owns the account; the PPC + Data Analyst owns the spend and the numbers.
For brands that want a complete Amazon team but keep direction in-house. You manage the pod; we provide the talent.
For sellers who do not want to manage anyone. We run the pod, you get the scorecard. Starts with a paid audit and an honest go/no-go.
Not "we work harder." Different model.
Every specialist DAZ places is dedicated to one client. They are not multiplexed across 8 accounts. Your priorities are their priorities because you are the only client they have.
We have placed 500+ remote specialists across 50+ clients since 2020. The Amazon vertical taps the same vetting bar, applied to category-specific skill tests.
If a placement is not working inside the first 30 days, we replace at no cost. After that, swaps are billed at the same monthly rate, no termination penalty.
You commit at 6pm PT. The team picks up at 9am Jakarta. Changes are in Seller Central when you log in. The 14-hour gap is a feature, not a bug.
Two things. First, the specialists DAZ places are full-time and dedicated to one client — not juggling 8 accounts. Second, they live inside your tools and your team rituals, so they ramp once and stay ramped. Freelancers re-ramp every contract.
The talent pool is in Indonesia. The work bar is the same. The location arbitrage is what makes the math work for mid-market sellers. We are direct about this because most agencies hide it behind "global talent network" language.
No. Anyone who promises a specific outcome for Amazon ads is either lying or working a category where they have asymmetric information. We guarantee the placement quality and the replacement, not the ad metrics. The person you hire owns the metrics with you.
Inside the first 30 days, we replace at no cost. After that, you can swap any role at any time — same monthly rate, no penalty. We would rather move someone off your account than have a bad fit linger.
No. Every full-time placement is exclusive to your account. Fractional placements (typically Designer, Copywriter, Analyst at part-time) may share time with one other DAZ client, but never overlapping with a competitor in your category.
Two weeks from signed contract is the typical placement window for the Account Manager and PPC Analyst roles. Designer and Copywriter often place inside a week. The Managed option adds a 14-day paid audit before the retainer kicks in.
Supplements, pet, beauty, home goods, and consumer electronics are the categories where our pool is deepest. We have less depth in apparel and toys — we will tell you that on the intake call rather than after you sign.
Tell us the shape of the role you need. We will tell you within 48 hours whether the right person is in the pool, when they can start, and what the cost looks like. No long sales process.
Not sure which shape fits? Send a 2-line description of what is broken on Amazon for you. We will tell you whether to hire one role, the pair, the pod, or the managed option — even if the answer is "none of the above, here is who to talk to instead."
